New landlords who apply to the program have three bonus options from which to choose. They may get a one-time payment of 1.5 times a month's rent, a leasing reward plus rent differential payment, or a $500 leasing bonus. Terms and conditions apply to the program, and there are also bonuses for landlords who are already in the HCV program.
